My friends (the ones with the cat) moved to New York state, and so their house here is for rent. That by itself is not interesting enough even for my newly lax blogging standards but when they sent me the posting for the rental property, I did a double take:
When I viewed the listing on my phone, I could tell it was their house–but I’d never seen the furniture before. I knew it wasn’t theirs. Plus, their furniture was moved with them.
Did they stage the house for a rental?
In a matter of speaking. When I asked them about it (and went back to look on a larger screen) it became clear that the house was staged–virtually.
Is that a regular thing now, or is their rental company ahead of the curve?
